Slow down, reconnect, and move with intention this summer.
Available only in the summer season — spots are limited. (women-only space)

Over 60 minutes, you'll be gently guided through a mindful sequence of exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and restore balance from the inside out. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or returning to your practice, every body is welcome here. Our classes are thoughtfully paced so you can move at your own rhythm while still feeling challenged and supported.

Our Mat Pilates classes invite you to step away from the noise and into a space of calm, focused movement — no equipment needed, just you and your mat.
We also provide mats in the studio for use.

Batul Al-Saigh is a BASI-certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years and 1,800+ hours of teaching experience across all ages — from adolescents to seniors. BASI is internationally recognized for its rigorous training, requiring a minimum of 500 hours of instruction over six months. Learn More About Batul Here.
