APPOINTMENT LATE FEES (new policy effective September 1, 2022):  Appointment reschedules must occur within 48 hours. Reschedules
outside of this time frame will be charged an assessment fee of $35. No-call/no-show will result in the Partial to full charge for the booked service.

A credit card must be entered to book an appointment.

SPA ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out in-take forms if they are required for your particular treatment, (such as Advanced Aesthetics, Energetic Healing, Custom Facials, Acupuncture Treatment).  If you are a new client with us, we will always need you to fill out a Client Consent Form which is available online.  Alternatively, you may complete the forms we’ve emailed to you in advance and bring them with you.  Either option prevents paperwork from cutting into your pampering time with us.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available

​Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your Spa reservation.  Intake forms must be updated with current contact and wellness information.

 

CLEANLINESS
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.

CONTESTS, PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL PRICING

Special pricing or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
One coupon or discounted pricing per visit.
Special pricing, promotions or discounts cannot be transferred unless otherwise agreed upon with Alexandra Healing Spa Management. 
Special pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated or agreed upon with Alexandra Healing Spa Management. 
Minors under the age of 18 cannot claim/redeem or use special pricing without the verbal or written consent of their parent or legal guardian.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Alexandra Healing Spa gift certificates are non-refundable and good for spa services only. Our gift certificates are valid for two years.  Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Clients using third-party gift certificates are not eligible to receive specials and highlighted offers. Alexandra Healing spa s not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.  In order to protect gift card identity, please have ID available when redeeming.

Services and/or goods purchased at promotional/special pricing must be used within 90 days or it returns to standard pricing unless otherwise agreed upon with Alexandra Healing Spa Management.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15%-20% at your discretion. You may tip the treatment specialist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check, or credit card. With spa party packages three or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

PAYMENT TYPES
We accept cash, apple pay, debit cards, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover – with proper identification. We do check $100 bills.

RETURNED CHECKS
We accept checks, however, a $30 fee along with any additional charges that we may incur, will be assessed for any returned checks or other forms of payment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final.  We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on packages or gift certificates.  Product purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt, for the amount of the purchase price and unused. Herbal remedies are final sale only.

VALUABLES

No responsibility can be accepted by the spa for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the spa. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The spa will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury, or consequential loss, however, caused, to our clients.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

 

RIGHTS OF REFUSAL 
Alexandra Healing Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.  What we consider to be inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service.
