HOW TO USE
For Warm Therapy:
Place the eye pillow in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Test the temperature before use to avoid overheating.
Gently place the warm pillow over your eyes or any desired area to help soothe tension, headaches, or neck pain.
For Cold Therapy:
Put the eye pillow in a sealed plastic bag and freeze it for at least 1 hour.
Once chilled, place the pillow over your eyes to reduce puffiness, inflammation, or tension.
For Relaxation:
Find a comfortable, quiet space to lie down.
Place the eye pillow over closed eyes, relax, and breathe deeply to enjoy the calming lavender aroma and gentle weight.
Always supervise when using heat, avoid excessive heat, and spot-clean the pillow only when needed, or remove the outer fabric and wash in a gentle cycle. DO NOT WASH the interior-filled bag.
