DIRECTIONS: Steep one tea bag in 1-1/2 cups of boiling water for 30 minutes up to 1 hour, or even overnight. When the tea has cooled, strain and place in a spray bottle. Wash hair normally with shampoo then spray hair with tea and let sit for at least 30 min . Can place plastic cap or damp towel. Rinse tea and condition like normal. No need to shampoo again.
